Shipping policy

1. Shipping Countries & Delivery Times
We currently ship to Switzerland, the EU, and selected international countries. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 2–4 business days
  • EU countries: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on customs processing and local postal services)

Please note that external factors such as holidays, customs clearance or unexpected shipping delays may extend delivery times.


2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: from CHF 5
  • EU countries: from CHF 15
  • International: from CHF 29

3. Shipping Carriers
We ship with trusted carriers such as Swiss Post. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.


4. Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care and typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. During peak seasons, holidays, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended.

As our products are handcrafted, we are not liable for production or shipping delays caused by external factors. However, we will do our best to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.


5. Customs & Import Fees
For orders outside Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Please check with your local customs office for potential charges before placing your order.


6. Returns & Shipping for Returns
If you wish to return a product, please refer to our Return Policy. Key points to note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
  • Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

7. Shipping Issues & Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In this case, additional shipping fees for resending the package must be covered by the customer.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately so we can find a solution.
